When you think of an idea you send frequency to the whole universe. Now
when the surrounding receives that frequency those who have same
frequency as your thought has will act towards it. Attraction of the
same frequency… that is how simply the Law of Attraction can explain.
But how can I assure that the universe will receive the frequency of my thought?
One of the natural properties of energy is that it is unbreakable or it
can’t be destroy. When you produce energy it will never be gone in this
world. It might just be converted, stored, flow in cycle, or might just
be decreasing by time.
That is the reason why your thoughts
must be clear to your head. It should be absolute in your mind that
whatever you think will happen into reality. In this way you strengthen
the frequency you emit from your thoughts. To think it over and over
again helps the vibration becomes stronger.

deeper explanation here is the proof that releasing frequency can
attract situation, events, and even people towards the frequency you
released.
In Quantum Physics there is such principle called the
“non-locality”. This principle states that “everything in the universe
is interconnected to each other is some deeper levels of reality”. The
most scientific interpretation is that the separation between particles
is just an illusion. It has been proven that subatomic particles are
instantaneously communicating with each other despite the distance
between them. Therefore, that human mind is non-local, not at the
conscious level, but at deeper levels of reality where quantum particles
communicate beyond time and space.
The activity of quantum
particles cannot be interpreted by such physical situation. The
principle of duality tells that “this world is divided into two; the
reality and deeper one where physical conditions and earth boundaries
may not be implied.”
I have told that even our own mind is
included in that duality. The conscious would be on the realm side and
your subconscious is on the deeper level. One is bounded by physical law
of nature and the other acts on its own government. The shallow mind
may have its limitation, and may not break the laws covered by it. The
other one can produce unlimited possibilities and is unbounded by far
effect of reality
